Return Policy: Sorsa Clothing offer a 28 day return policy from delivery date.

How to return a product:
1) Please package the item unworn with the original tags and labels attached. Any products damaged or with signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.  
2) Please also include the original packing slip inside the parcel. If you no longer have the packing slip, please simply include a note with your name and order number so that we can locate this return back to you.

UK Returns
- All collections processed via our returns portal & processed by Evri - use our returns link here: CLICK HERE
- £2 deducted from refund amount - no additional charge for customer to pay
International Returns:
- Unfortunately we do not offer a returns portal for international orders
- Please use your choice of carrier. We recommend always sending this via a tracked service
- Return all orders to: Sorsa Clothing, Block 22 Unit 8, Motherwell Park, Bellshill. ML4 3NP.

What happens next?

1) Once your return has arrived with us it will be inspected by our team and processed.
2) Please allow 5 - 7 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be dispatched.
3) All refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
4) You'll receive an email from our team to confirm once this has happened.
